How cloud accounting works

I currently use spreadsheets, Can you transfer my data unto a cloud accounting software?

Yes, we can. It will be done at £nil cost and we can have up to 2 years of accounting data set-up on the cloud for you to compare the performance of the business.

I’m currently using a cloud accounting system (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Clearbooks, Wave) and I don’t want to change to another system. Do you have the expertise to continue?

If you currently have an online cloud accounting system, you have no reason to change. We are experts in most of the popular systems and will surely be the expert in the one you are using.

What level of support do I get?

We don’t charge any fees for support services. We offer Phone, Email, Chat, remote access. A member of the team will be in touch within 24-48 hours to assist you with your query.

How do I get my books and records to you?

Simply scan them on the system installed on your mobile, tablet or desktop so that the records are available to for us to deal with. Sometimes, It can be as simple as a snapshot of a receipt. No more expensive postage bills or bookkeeper charging extra for travel.

Do you have the expertise in my business sector?

Our client portfolio ranges from consultants, contractors, online retailers, day care nurseries to restaurants and wholesalers businesses. Over the years we have built expertise in SME business advisory that we now use when engaging with our clients.

How long do I need to sign up for and what is the fee and what do I get with the fee?

We don’t do contracts that tie you to a period of time instead we offer a fixed monthly fee. You are free to cancel or talk to us when facing changing business circumstances. See our prices guide for reference.  Your monthly price plan will include monthly general bookkeeping, payroll as well as pension requirements.

Can you prepare my tax returns, annual accounts and file my taxes?

We are professional accountants so can help you all the way. We also partner with Chartered Accounting firms that can finalise your accounts and tax returns and issue you with a Chartered Accountant letter for your bank or building society. Our partners will offer you a 30% discount on their fee if referred by us.

What happens to my data if I choose to leave?

Your data will be backed up and emailed to you.
